| - Very poor experience here. Went in for dinner on Saturday night around 6:45 pm. The place was still pretty empty with only a couple other tables being served. We had the misfortune of being placed with one the worst, rudest waiters I've ever experienced. To begin with, it took about 10 minutes before anyone even came over to hand us a menu. Then about another 10 minutes later or waiter decides to come over and introduce herself, as well as take our order. She was condescending and downright rude to the table next to us, so I wasn't expecting much when she actually came over. Never even asked us if we wanted anything to drink, and I had to ask her for a wine menu before ordering (this is supposed to be a Michelin rated restaurant - come on!) Finally we get our order in, and the food doesn't come out for 30 minutes! Not ONCE did our waiter come by during this time to check up on us or ask if I would like another glass of wine. Finally when the food does come out, they forgot to bring by our side order of brussels sprouts. Another 15 minutes go by, and by the time they do bring them out, we were already done with our meal. Was told by the server to just eat them and we wouldn't be charged. Of course we ended up being charged for them, even though we told the waiter we didn't want them because they took so long we had already finished our meal. And then the icing on the cake...after asking for my ID to charge the tab to our room at Bellagio (which was kind of weird in itself), our waiter takes a look at my ID and condescendingly says "gained some weight there didn't ya." I mean, again this is supposed to be a fine dining restaurant, who says that? I don't know the waiters name, but she really ruined what would otherwise have been a decent meal experience. If management is reading this, she's an older woman who acts like the customers are doing her a favor by dining in her presence. She served us around 6:45 on Saturday the 29th.
