  • We did not have a good experience with this place. Their training style encourages a lot of pulling on the leash/neck area, which necessitated an emergency room visit for our little pup the day after training due to excessive gagging and choking. We informed this place of our vet visit the next day and asked for a refund for our unused classes (which would have been a refund of approx. $400 out of the $500 we paid) and they refused. The customer service was extremely lacking, to say the least. I would not recommend this place to anyone who has a puppy and is looking to have it trained.
