  • I was in the hospital when my car was towed. I had to have an emergency c section. It was right after my baby shower. In my glove box I had a blue envelope that contained all the gift cards I had received. I had used all of them except Babies r us $150 and Target $50. When I got my car back from this tow yard my gift cards were missing. I called everyday and they never put the manager Henry on the phone. I even went up there and everyone on the phone and in person was rude. I didn't get the managers attention until I filed a better business bureau complaint and they are still refusing to replace the gift cards. The gift cards were already used so the company wouldn't replace them. I know these gift cards were stolen from this tow yard by one of the employees.
