  • I used RMI as an owner and felt they were over priced and slow. My property sat vacant for over a month in 2005 when things were pretty hot. Then my tennant called and asked if I'd manage the place myself, that RMI was terrible. They threatened them if they were a day late, once said they hadn't paid but the check was just stuck in the envelope. I took over managing and these tennants were perfectly good people who always paid on time and hardly every complained. I think RMI gave us both more stress in half a year then we got from each other in four years!
