OK, so this review can't say enough about "MY" Service Advisor BLAINE ALTON !! I say MY service advisor because he makes you feel like you're his ONLY customer. When I call or email him he always remembers me and while I know taking my 2012 Jeep Liberty to Chapman's Service Department may be a little more expensive than a local mechanic, the service and assurance that I get from Blaine is worth every extra penny !!
Blaine is patient and makes sure that all my concerns are addressed. If a repair takes more than a day, a loaner car is available and if Blaine is not available he makes sure that there is someone else to take care of me with the same level of respect and attention (Thanks Dan Boardman!) Blaine also tries to keep my cost at a minimum,but I've saved the best for last:
I have never actually met Blaine in person !
I live in CA but my Daughter who drives my Jeep lives in AZ and with Blaine knowing this he makes sure that our Jeep stays in tip top condition ! So if your a parent or a person who knows nothing about Jeeps/cars, Go to Chapman and ask for Blaine from that point on , he's got you covered and you'll have one less thing to worry about !!
