  • Can I give zero stars? Just came here at 450 pm to get a smog. Hours posted are till 5:30 pm! Guy with grey hair is sitting on a computer and comes out and says he's closing. Really, that's why you are sitting on a computer and your sign says you're open till 5:30? So you're closing 40 minutes early? Thanks for the inconvenience..... You're a new business. Keep up that excellent (sarcasm) customer service and you'll be out of business within a year. Went to Terrible's. No problem. Update: So not only did your employee not honor the posted hours as I outlined in the review, but when this was brought to your attention, you now have passive aggressively resorted to saying I am confusing you with another business. I guess if this was my business, I would also want to deflect the negative yet truthful review! Good luck with that tactic of insinuating your potential customers are senile and demented. No one wants their time wasted. That's why We decided to post the review. I get it. The employee was an older man who wanted to skip out early. Fine. But realize people don't appreciate having their time wasted especially when they are trying to patronize a new business in their community. We have lived within a 5 mile radius of your Azure location for over 15 years. Believe me we didn't make a mistake! To my fellow Yelpers in the Centennial Hills area: My car required smog just this month. I went to on Ann road and paid $14.99 and service was great. Update to Mia: Normally I'd let an illogical and insulting response from you speak in volumes for itself. However, it is worth pointing out to you some important principals of business you may or may not have learned (of course, contingent on your level of education in business management). My intention with posting originally was not to have others waste their precious time like we did coming to a business that was supposed to be open but when we arrived we were told despite an employee sitting there they were closed. There was no other intent. I'm sorry that truth hurts. Responding to the truth with insults to customers is both egregious and completely nonsensical. The response originally posted from SB stated I was confused. I responded back stating that response implies a person is senile or suffers from such intellectual impairment they don't know not only what the name of a business is but don't know even where it's located. To which you responded rudely I am still obviously confused and then proceed to insult and state I am indeed demented! All I can say to the Yelp community is that I am a 42 year old who holds a doctorate and a prominent position where responsibility is paramount. I assure you, I am not demented despite what slanderous comment Mia has made in calling me demented. I am sure fellow yelpers you all are scratching your heads as am I, trying to figure out exactly what would make a business think insulting customers over and over again is a good idea except for anger at the review that they can't contain it or just lack of experience and education in dealing with business matters. Dunno. Whatever the reason, let the responses stand and speak for themselves which I am sure they will remove especially the one calling me demented. Screen shot check. Do yourself a favor and grow up and use some decorum. I would like to address your completely illogical argument to justify telling me I had you confused with another business in an attempt to deflect a truthful bonafide review. Equating posting of your business hours with the fact someone is actually keeping them is ridiculous. The original post describes in detail what happened when we pulled up well within the hours of business operation posted! It doesn't matter Mia what is posted, if someone doesn't honor the hours posted, what is your point? Posted hours SHOULD mean OPERATIONAL hours. That cannot be a 100% given. Yelp is filled with comments from people experiencing similar operational hour complaints. Your employee obviously wanted to shut down early. Ok. Admit, move on. Instead, calling customers confused and essentially by extension liars will get you NO where fast. I leave you with two of the most important tenets of business: 1. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. 2. The customer is always right 3. Think before you respond and place slanderous things about customers in writing. I felt compelled fellow Yelpers to respond to these completely egregious responses from these individuals. I will not respond further if they respond 1000 times. At some point having a battle of wits is futile with certain individuals. We all know the saying about battle of wits...complete diminishing return and quite frankly embarrassing for them. Yelp is a great resource. You all have always been a guiding force for many services we all need and use at one time or another. I am glad we all have this outlet to save time and money too! Keep reviewing Yelpers!
