| - When I moved back home to LVCC, just behind this CVS location, I expected the same service from this CVS as I had received in years prior. Boy was I wrong! After over a year of being refused, every month, to fill my pain meds I finally stopped trying and went out of my network and paid for my medicines. I am not the only one this has happened to in my circle of friends etc... it was no problem to get 10 pills after a procedure but an actual months supply, you can expect to be treated rudely and not getting your medicine. Eventually, they said they have the right to refuse to fill meds they don't want to fill. This keeps them from getting in trouble supposedly, however it should be the opposite. When a person has an incurable situation that requires palliative care medicines, who are these CVS Pharmacy employees that think they know better than medical specialists? I'm very disappointed with the policy here, not every CVS is like this. Some of the employees are nice, especially front register - expect to be welcomed. To tie it all together,
4 years later, I still pay for my meds elsewhere instead of feeling like a criminal every month at this location.
