  • I took in 2 suit jackets for dry cleaning and picked them up 2 days later. Unfortunately I did not check them and found out on the day I got dressed for work that they had not been cleaned. This was a temp assignment and I need to make a good impression as I am trying to find permanent work. I was horrified and humiliated going into the office on the first day and having my jacket stinking of body odour. So embarrassed. I wrote a complaint to them a week ago. Still have not heard back from them. I will never use their "services" again. Complete waste of money and time.
