There were several problems with the property during our stay. On the first night, after coming back from a night out we came into our room and there was a puddle of water on the floor by the front door. We realized that the water was coming from a leak in the ceiling. I called the front desk and was moved to another room. When getting into that room, we saw that the shelf in the bathroom for hanging clothes was torn off the wall and sitting on the table by the bed. I called the front desk again to let them know we found it that way. The following morning my partner wanted to purchase an extra night stay because we had a very traumatic experience the night before and I needed some extra rest before driving back to AZ. I was hit by a car and sent to the ER the night before. After my partner explained the situation to the front desk clerk he was given a very hard time about it. All he wanted to do was PAY you for an extra night. The clerk reluctantly gave in at the end. Upon checking out, we brought up the damage we reported the night before and were told the maintenance crew was going to try to fix it before their boss sees it. Then implied we would be responsible if the boss saw it first!! Just overall an unbelievable lack of customer service at this location.
