| - From the start when we walked in looking to test drive, to the end when we took our new car home, our experience was exceptional. The sales consultant Greg Gutman (sales consultant) was very helpful, was genuinely present, professional and very knowledgeable. He supported us and gave us his time, went out of his way to make our experience and transition from previous lease to the new car smooth and worry-free.
As i have been shopping around different brands and dealerships, I was upset after visiting many others, and receiving the care that I did at Volkswagen Richmond Hill, it was a breath of fresh air - Here, staff actually care.
The excellence in customer service was in small details as well as big deal breakers. If we could not be helped immediately upon walking in because staff were busy, our presence was acknowledged, we were let know who to wait for and how long they will be. At one of the Nissan dealerships, for 20 minutes staff just walked by and didn't utter a word, just felt like they were waiting for someone "next" to help us. At Nissan I felt ignored, at some point just ridiculous that they look down and not even say hello. At other dealerships there were hidden fees and ugly surprises.
Volkswagen Richmond hill experience on the other hand, was beyond what you would even expect.
Definitely looking forward to future business and recommending already to friends and family!
