| - One of my worst experiences of customer service. Came here with my parents looking to purchase a new car. We walked in and had no greeting whatsoever so I proceeded to look at Scion TC that was on display in the front. After 10 min of looking at this car, a caucasian man (buzzed head, dirty blonde, maybe about 6 ft tall?) approached me and rudely asks me, "Can I help you?" I stated that I was interested in purchasing a Scion TC and wanted to see what they had. He points out the door and rudely states, "It's right over there." I walked myself out, and even held the door open for this guy, and he didn't even acknowledge my existence. My parents and I proceeded to look at each car while he watched. I tried to ask him a few basic questions like which ones were standard or automatic and told me, "I don't know, it should say on the car." We proceeded to look at every single car again while he watched. I noticed there were less cars there on the lot then what was posted online so I asked him if there were anymore and he said he'd go in the back and check. He NEVER came back. I'm pretty sure 20 minutes of waiting in the blazing vegas sun was more then enough time for him to get back to me with some kind of answer. I'm a vegas resident and I've never came across anyone so rude, especially a salesman! I don't know his name since he never introduced himself, nor did I want anything to do with him after the first 10 minutes of meeting him. Never coming back here again! Also, did I sense a little racism or bias because I'm japanese and only 23? Well guess what, you just lost a sale and now you won't get business from 150k of my followers. I ended up purchasing my TC at Centennial Toyota. They were absolutely awesome and generous, unlike here.
