  • STAY AWAY! Somehow, Yelp or MK House keeps getting my review dropped but I'm determined to not let this terrible/horrible company screw anyone else over in Las Vegas. I had them come out for a leak that I had and they quoted me $700 as a worst case scenario. After they came out, I asked the workers, "on a scale of 1-10, how bad is this." The guy replied, "A 1, theres no mold." I was happy that no mold was found in the water damage and that the price would be much lower than the quoted price." A week later, they tell me I owe close to $1,000! Bait and switch! Then the guy sends me a screen shot of the build back estimate. They were going to try to charge me $75 to un-plug and plug back my washer and another $75 to do the same to my dryer!!!! Who charges you $150 to do that? Dishonest companies who try to take advantage of people in need. Lucky for me, I read the build back and realized what I was dealing with. This happened over a year ago, but I'll keep coming back to make sure that those who use Yelp to find out about companies understand that if you want honest and good pricing, then STAY AWAY FROM MK HOUSE!
