Well, I will just add to the rest of the poor reviews of customer service to this location. I came in today because like no one can hear me when I place a call or except the call, so I decided to go into my "friendly" customer service place a Verizon wireless. Only to come to find out that Greg and everyone else on Verizon has no clue how to do proper customer service or even relate to customers problems. I was there for maybe 32 seconds and was told already what the problem was with my phone without Greg even without even looking at it. Plus, I was told that I would need to wait several days without a phone for it to be sent to me through insurance purposes. I told Greg that that felt like something to do with the manufacture a problem or a customer service problem and not my problem is there's no damage to the phone. Greg and his most customer professional orientation that's a joke, was that I was it was my problem and I need to be without a phone for several days without reimbursement or compensation from Verizon for not being able to utilize my services that I pay for every month no wonder why people are leaving out of massive rate from Verizon to go to anywhere else so that they don't have to pay astronomical monthly fees have shitty customer service and can have phone service that actually works!
