I was very disappointed with my experience at horizon eye care. The doctor was very friendly. However, like most people I don't have eye insurance and I paid $275 for my visit and they said I was paid in full. About a month later I was billed for $185 dollars more. I tried getting in contact with them several times to find out what the extra cost was for and no one called me back. All the sudden a collection agency was calling me looking for it. It hadn't even been a month since I received the bill and again, no one was calling me back to tell me what this bill was for. Long story short, I will not be using them again. It's sad that they would take advantage of someone without insurance.
