  • I highly suggest NOT using this enterprise for your car rental needs. I made a reservation to pick up at 7:30 am. I show up at 7:35 did all my paper work and was told my car would be up in "just a few minutes". After waiting 25 min I asked what was going on with the car, they said they had to take it for an oil change and it will be right up. Oil change? I had a reservation and you took the car for an oil change? But ok, whatever. Another 30 min pass and now I'm upset, still don't have a car and I will now be late for work. I finally got a rental car.. after being there for OVER an hour. They were not very professional and did not have good costumer service.
