I tried to schedule an apt to get a facial. First I got transferred around a couple of times. When I finally got ahold of the scheduler she was rude. She informed me that the location by me didn't have a someone that was really available to do facials, and that it would take maybe a month or two to get in. So I asked about the other location she seemed to get confused and kept telling me availability about the location near me. After the phone experience it made me feel like they are not customer oriented, that they don't have enough people staffed to do facials, then there scheduler is rude and doesn't listen. I felt like I interrupt her day. It's disappointing because I was intrigued by there all natural services.
