Terrible terrible service! Placed an order on April 8, 2016. A week later when I checked my mailbox there was a key to a parcel locker & when I opened the parcel locker my package wasn't there. Called customer service to let them know about the empty parcel locker and was told my story didn't make sense & I needed to wait to hear from the supervisor at my local post office to start a claim. This was on a Friday, got a call from here the following Tuesday & I missed the call because I was at work. Called her back on my lunch break and the phone line way busy for the entire hour!! Called again later that day, someone finally answered & was told that the supervisor had been at a meeting all day but that they would take down my name and number so she could call me back but I didn't receive a call back that day or ever. Called customer service again on Wednesday and was told that I needed to speak to the supervisor at my local post office. Assured me she would give me a call that day but nothing. Continued to call my post office Thursday & Friday and never was able to get in touch with the supervisor Deanna. I finally drove down to the post office on my day off (Saturday) & spoke to Breanna who was working the counter. She was the most helpful of anyone there & told me she believed the mail carrier had made a mistake and gave me the key to the wrong parcel locker & she was going to have him give me a call when he did his delivery later that afternoon so that he could open the parcel lockers for me & see if my package was there. I stayed home for nothing because I never received a call. I finally ran into my mail carrier, had him open the parcel lockers for me and turns out my package was in his car to be delivered. I was told repeatedly that my package had been delivered & that they did not have my package at the post office after explaining to different people that I DIDN'T HAVE MY PACKAGE. I literally had to take matters into my own hands to track down my package because no one else did anything. This post office in poorly managed & extremely poor customer service on the supervisors part!!! If there was an option for 0 stars that's what I would rate them. I generally NEVER post bad reviews but this place really sucks!!!!!
