Well this review is just about the customer service......I've had the yogurt and it's good and I was so excited about the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory counter going in. Let me get to it, yesterday my boyfriend and I wanted some chocolate and a Carmel Apple we stood at the separate counter instead of getting in the line with the yogurt customers and waited 10 min before we were even acknowledged . The kid that was working walked around the counter walked right passed us spun around and said "uh did you need help". When my boyfriend responded with a frustrated "yes we just want chocolate", the kid then told us we can't be helped until we go in the other line and I then said "even though what I want is at this counter?" He looked at me and just said "uh well that's how we do it" and walked away. If you haven't been in this location the chocolate is on the other side of the register so it'd be pointless for me to walk past all those people getting their yogurt then have to walk around the counter and tell you what I want, and I would like to point out that the first time we went to buy chocolate from there we were not treated this way the young lady was very nice when we walked up to the counter and immediately helped us not once did she ignore us then give attitude about where we need to be standing to be helped. I really think this certain employee should be trained properly, I've been working in customer service for about 13 years and just the way this kid acted toward us made us walk out, I get that the chocolate probably doesn't give you as much business as the yogurt but your employes should not treat it as the step child because with how expensive that chocolate is we were going to drop about $20 on it. But then again when you hire lazy kids who want to get paid to stand around and do nothing this is what happens and you lose business.......maybe he should think about being the guy who stands on the corner and holds up the sign to get business!!!!! End Rant!!!!
