  • Worst hotel experience ever! Filthy sofa in sitting room which also lacked coffee or end tables. This effectively made the sitting room in our suite unusable. Bathroom had mildew in shower, loose shower head and a missing towel bar so there was no place to hang wet towels. At one point the handle to the bathroom door fell off! We spent $900 for a two night stay and yearned for a chain hotel! Management simply ignored filthy sofa and when someone tried to reinstall the towel bar they put the privacy sign on the door so the room never got cleaned. I will never stay here again and nobody else should either!!! I have photos of all of this because it was almost too bad to be true.
