  • Some friends and I came to try out The Tipsy Cow, but I can't comment on it because nobody ever talked to us. We walked in, there was a sign that said, "Please wait to be seated". We stood there for about 10 minutes without being helped. It was a little busy, but we would've liked to be acknowledged. We wound up leaving and walking to a different restaurant without any employee saying anything to us. Strange.
