| - Most of the time the service at this car wash is good, and sometimes exceptional. My tip to the kids reflects that. My last visit on March 25 is another story. The young lady at the register, Brianna was a pleasure, she smiled, she took care of what we wanted and thanked us...that is where the good service ended. The young man who guided us into the car wash had to stop the conveyor belt so he could get around and take the antenna off for us, he barely brushed off with the soapy broom the obviously filthy front of the car (we were returning from a road trip/snow trip), didn't brush the front windshield or tape down the rear wiper. I have had other experiences here where the car was almost completely washed before I even got into the actual car wash. This guy was in a hurry to push cars through, even though it was close to the end of the day and there was no car behind us.
We came out on the other side, got towels thrown on the hood and guided to a spot to be dried. There were 2 employees there Taryn and Jerame who seemed more interested in cute heart signs to someone who was along the side of the car wash, talking to each other and both working one car at a time. By the time they got to our car, the windows were dry as was most of the car. They did a quick once over with the towels and gave the thumbs up.....My windshield was still dirty, I had the antenna sitting in the front seat and decided I could screw in the antenna myself and didn't want them spreading the dirty stuff on the bottom of the windshield to the rest of the window. Came home and washed the windows. Needless to say the lack of a tip should have given them a hint that they did nothing.
Hope my next visit is a better one since I do still have vouchers left in my car wash pack I pre paid for.
