rev:text	I'm sharing my personal thanks in a place I would search for a quality spot, when I don't know. My dad says a big Thank You from me to you. You've serviced my 02 Honda Accord aka Boosy while I've been in Madison the last 2-years while my partner was in grad school. Joe and John have always had my back. I've continually referred to you as being as problem-solving as the Emergency Room doctors, as you've helped me in many acute and critical "life" decisions for ol' Boosy, as she got through her last 50,000 miles. Hansen's has provided dependable service to see us to Florida for holiday and other cross country ventures to see family... and they've said when it was not good to do those cross country trips too. Honest, dependable, accommodating, and knowledgable are ways I describe your care- every time. Thank you for making me feel safe. Thank you for allowing your guys a 1-hour lunch break. Thank you for smiling when I am crying and not sure if I should pay that $$ or make the switch to a new car. Thank you for being empathetic and for always figuring in a 15-minute window for seeing Ol'Boosy for one shake, rattle, or chuggin' reason or another. You get the idea. These guys are genius and good. All the things you want in a mechanic. I especially recommend reading the article on the office wall about John in sub -0 degree weather servicing all of Madison a few years ago or so. Seems like they've been good people, for quite a while. May you continue to get good business and "save lives"!
