  • Used to be a huge fan of Applewood but lately the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Every time I call for a grooming appointment for one of my dogs, i get the run around that the first thing they have open is 8-10 days from then. If I ask for someone to call me if there is a cancellation, I never get a call. Today I asked for a groomer to call me to see if they could do something earlier and to no avail, no call. Come on, Its not like a celebrity hairdresser we are talking about here, get some additional help to accommodate grooming appointments within 1-3 days.
