  • Unlike Charlotte Russe associates at Meadows Mall, associates here provide way better customer service. I called this store to ask about Cyber Monday deals & expressed my frustration about the store credits I got from returning stuff I bought online at the Meadows Mall location & noone there told me those credits could only be used in store until I spent time shopping online & ready to check out to find out I couldn't use my store credits online. Associate I talked to was very helpful. She helped me check if they could give me cash back. Then she gave me # to call for an exception to shop online with them. I then decided to stop by the store to shop. Associates were helpful at the store as well. I spoke with 3 different associates & they were pleasant & friendly. They also helped me find my size. Overrall, they provide great customer service. As for the selection of merchandise, they carry a good selection. Store is neat & clean. I will shop here instead of the one at Meadows Mall. Highly recommend!
