| - This location is right up the street from me, but after a few subpar experiences I made the final transition over to Sephora. A few months later (now), I received a great coupon for 20% off of my purchase that I couldn't pass up (especially considering I needed to replace products).
I was not greeted at all by a store associate . Fifteen minutes into shopping, I approached a store associate and inquired about the IT brushes (barely any on shelves) . She checked in a drawer under the aisle display for more. Sadly ended up with only had 2 of the 8 brushes I was planning to purchase.
During the 60 min + time spent in Ulta, I sought assistance from a sales associate MULTIPLE times, to no avail. I will say at the very tail end of my annoying experience, once of the hair stylists (very kind and professional) took it upon herself to help me choose a new brand of lip color.
Not to mention, at least 7 items on my shopping list were out of stock. I could go on. This is my first review under 3 stars, but I figure posting about it is all worth it if even if just one of you do not spend time in here.
Why go through this when Sephora provides Grade A service? I know it's not much in the eyes of corporate associates, and truly its not, but when Im spending $300-$400 on makeup alone, I have a hiigher standard for service. I will not be coming back here.
