First of all, this place accepts insurance (because they have RMT there) and they are not by appointment only, they are a new business with not a lot of regular clients so if they are free you are very welcome to walk in. They also provide discounts for students and people without insurance.
It seems not all of the therapists are RMTs but they each have their advantages and it's always hard to say that RMTs are better than others. I haven't tried the new male therapist yet but generally, if I want a relaxing massage I'd book Sally but if I want a real workout I'd book Yang.
I like the experience there over all. The place is conveniently located, clean and simple. I've had about 7 visits so far and I think I would go back simply because of the location. The therapists there know their job and work hard to relax your muscle. If they are not booked immediately after they would usually work over the time. I feel a bit sour the day after the massage but much better in a 2-3 days.
They are specialized in Tuina as far as I can tell. I haven't tried other styles but I would go to somewhere else if I wanted a Swedish massage.
