  • I had a so-so appointment with a different dermatologist, and decided to seek out a second opinion. After reading all of the great reviews on Yelp, I made an appointment at Dermatique with Dr. Davey. The reviews were right on. I was able to make an appt through Zoc Doc, which made everything very easy. They even had next day appointments. The office is lovely, and very high tech. The exam rooms are equipped with sonos sound bars playing relaxing, beautiful music, and a great view. The medical assistant, Monica, was very nice and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and prepared me for my appointment. Dr. Davey is a great doctor. I was most impressed with his bedside manner and ability discuss his patients care based on their level of understanding. He spent a great deal of time going over my recommended plan of care, and discussing the medication that he gave me a sample of to try. I also found out that he used to be a paramedic and a respiratory therapist. As a nurse, I really appreciate doctors who treat their patients like human beings, because there are too many doctors who don't. Dr. Davey was able to do a bedside procedure for me during my appointment, and then I had a chemical peel done with Diane, who is also wonderful. I felt like everyone really wanted me to be there, and that I mattered to them. I won't be going to any other dermatologist, because they're the best!
