  • Had a problem of being mislead by one of their agents. He lied and mislead us in regard to terms and the agent on the other side said he lied to her as well. They immediately doubted me and didn't care what happened. I asked to speak with the managing broker. First she was unavailable then unreachable then out of the country indefinitely. What? That seems a little odd and fly by night.Their acting manager Janette was rude and unprofessional and indifferent to any issue. Their agent may cost me a lot of money by deceiving me about the truth of the transaction. Once he was caught in the lies and deception he wouldn't respond to me. I had to file a complaint with the state. If they don't care what their agents do to make a sale what does that say about the agency? It really was like a used car sales experience. I wouldn't use this group for buying or selling especially after reading the Non Recommended reviews here. I'm not the only one who has had bad a experience. It seems like the group hires people no one else wants possibly. I don't know about the other HS groups in Phoenix but Scottsdale location seems like a bad used car bullpen of people who don't care and will do anything to make a sale even if its unethical.
