I normally don't patronize these high end steak places since that's not how I roll. But I decided to get out and live a little by taking advantage of one of those dinner seminar evenings put on by some financial types that were hoping to manage my money.
The wait staff balanced about twenty entrees on their arms and deliver the meals with such professionalism. Okay, I might be exaggerating a little bit on the number of plates that they balance on their arms.
My Filet Mignon was very tasty. Just the right amount of pepper and juiciness. Pretty much like how I cook them on my grill. The green beans and mashed potatoes were excellent. Although, the mashed potato portion was a bit slim.
I'm definitely a fan of Fleming's steakhouse.
