  • I joined USAA when I was a WOC (Warrant Officer Candidate) in 1967. The cadre suggested that we consider USAA for our auto insurance, and boy, am I glad I listened. I'm closing in on a "Half Century" relationship with them, and I cannot imagine doing business with a better company. I have everything from life insurance, homeowners, investment, auto, and banking with them, as do all of my kids, and their families. Over the years I've had about a dozen or so claims, and each time, everything from first contact to final settlement, was handled personally, professionally, and expeditiously. I realize that "...you can't make everyone happy all of the time.", but in my experience, and the experiences of friends and family, USAA comes about as close as possible to achieving this goal. I don't know why anyone who's eligible would go anywhere else...especially when you factor in the SSA, and the "senior bonus", when it kicks in...THANK YOU USAA!
