| - Okay, so my android phone was super glitchy, not holding a charge properly, so I found Stellar Cellular and was delighted to find that it's the cool place with great logo and interesting old phones in the window! I'd called beforehand to make sure they had the battery in stock. I wandered in and noticed the shelves with fun and quirky stuff (not to mention the beautiful canoe on the ceiling). Two guys were in the back, working away. They greeted me and I explained the problem, awesome and amazing Richard (the owner) said he had the battery waiting for me, told me when it'd be ready and I wandered off. When I came back, my phone was ready and the conversation was great. Why can't everyone be like Richard? Great service, great price and an awesome guy! What more could you want?
The battery was great, charged up better then ever. I had a different issue with it (charging port had been loose for some time but I hadn't realized it until the battery had been replaced), so I went back a different day. Richard immediately knew what I was talking about and said he could fix it. Gave me a time to come back for it. I came back sooner and it was done. He offered to charge it up for me (which I appreciated after having the phone not able to do so until he'd fixed it) so we chatted. It's fun to come in here and Richard knows his stuff. He's honest and funny and smart and a joy to deal with!
Go here! Tell him I sent you - oh, and don't be a dick --- I couldn't understand why some people were writing terrible reviews on this place. Then I saw the horrible attitudes that customers have when they walk into the place. Seriously? You walk into a business, are rude and expect everything to be dropped in order to look after your issue and are rude and insulting when that doesn't happen? REALLY? Also, treating the guys who are working hard like human beings is what you should be doing. Yeah, too bad you can't rate customers, because I would've given those folks negative stars. Just to give you an idea as to who is likely writing that kind of stuff.
