  • I've been here many times over the years and I have to say that Pacific East is definitely the best sushi restaurant in the Cleveland area. Generous portions of fish on the nigiri and sashimi, served like it is in Japan. Having recently come back from Tokyo, I was actually surprised to find legit offerings at Pacific East like real red snapper, uni, botan ebi, amaebi and o-toro at a very reasonable price. They are understaffed and service can be a little slow during peak hours, but the quality of the sushi was comparable to much more expensive omakase places in NYC.
