  • The technician was great and very helpful, but beware of bad customer service on the phone booking appointments. There's a lady who answers the phone who's very rude and any time you try to ask for availability she cuts you off and says nothing's available even though you want to ask for different times. However, if you can look past bad customer service, the sessions are great and the technician is wonderful.
