My stylist was a very sweet girl and I enjoyed my conversation with her. Unfortunately, my haircut was the worst I have ever gotten. I think I have a simple cut, a bob cut with swoop bangs.
All I asked for was a trim and what I got was unmanageable hair that was cut chunky and seemingly unprofessionally. I had to cut my bangs as best as I could myself when I got home they were so bad. Even my husband who normally compliments mediocre haircuts I've gotten in the past couldn't get over how poor this one was.
Maybe I just didn't communicate enough on my hair, but I thought it must be self-explanatory since she didn't ask many questions about it. My hair cut is so bad I'm considering going somewhere to get it fixed so that it will lay right.
If I was a more forward person, I wouldn't have left the salon and demanded it get fixed or at least go back to a different stylist, but I'm a little too shy to do that. I couldn't let the experience go without saying anything though, which is why I'm thankful for Yelp.

***The owner has since acted on my review to get the stylist more training and is confident in her abilities to cut and communicate. The owner generously offered to make it right for me. I think this speaks a lot about how the salon values it customers and I encourage others to take a closer look and check out the other reviews.***
