  • I prefer to support smaller businesses. I'm reasonably knowledgeable about computers, and generally am treated well by the staff but I have encountered some condescension from staff in the past and a 'father knows best' attitude. That being said, most occasions I am treated with friendly and helpful staff. I've never really had to wait in line to contrast some of the complaints on here- maybe I just am there at better times?
