rev:text	95% of the time everyone is very pleasant and professional. As a matter of fact, today I was really impressed with the gentlemen running the car wash. My Tahoe was dirty from a trip up north, and he said it should get clean the first time, but if not come back and he'll make sure it gets another run. What an awesome, proactive way to treat a client. (The actual carwash is just okay....only gets your car so clean...maybe that's how all automatic washes are.) One reason this Costco is not a '5' is the service at the non check-out areas. One of my biggest pet peeves (and this in not unique to this location; same issue at PV mall) is when you walk up to the return area and there will be 3 employees chit-chatting with each other, while you wait there awkwardly for more than a few minutes....its truly bizarre for a brand that prides themselves on customer service. I will say that once they get to you the experience is generally good. The other issue I have had is at the photo center. An enlargement we ordered didn't look like the print preview on the website....apparently a common problem for the 8x10 orders. The woman behind the counter was exceptionally condescending and really passive aggressive towards me....it was surreal. That said, when I spoke with a Manager, you could tell they were well coached on how to address the experience and my concerns. Service aside, the products are generally very good. Their Kirkland brand is always a great value. The one product that is very inconsistent is their fruit. Sometimes its nice and fresh and other times you get it home and it is moldy and/or bruised. I'm not going to purchase fruit there anymore. A final plus for this location is the early hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays; a great way to avoid the lines.
