What are you talking about?
What missing top lid? Which fan back? When did I declined?.
I was not even provided with a diagnosis.
The only thing I was told (because I asked) was "the tech open your console and used an air pressure to clean it" by the young gentleman who went twice to the back to ask questions.

Bad,
Went on Sunday (6/17/18) to get my PS4 console tuned up and clean.
The two issues that my console had:
1) Loud fan (needed to be open and cleaned from inside)
2) Power button (got lose and will not turn on by using my finger - had to be adjusted when the console got open)
....none were fixed.
What did they even do with my console? Did I only payed for a 2 night hotel stay for it? Come on guys.
Side note:
When I dropped the console I was told they needed 1 day to fix it, which is understandable.
Towards the end of next day (Monday), I had to call. The guy over the phone told me "we haven't started on your order, but I can do it in 20 minutes". Since I really wanted to get it fixed, I told him to take his time and not to rush it.
Very disappointed about this location.
Obviously will return, but to get my refund.
