This was the first time that we went into this store to pay a bill. We had the unfortunate meeting of Darrien, a female employee, who provided the absolute worst customer service. All I wanted to do is pay a bill and she made it not only impossible, but claimed that she could "find" my zip code and it was not "valid". I had to go home and return back with a banking statement to show her proof and MIRACULOUSLY now the zip code appeared.
I then asked for her supervisor and got the runaround. When I called back, I was told that Mike, the supervisor, was not available until tomorrow afternoon. Come to find out, it was the same woman, Darrien, who answered the phone and made excuses for me not to speak with him.
I have never felt such horrible customer service. I will be contacting their boss and advise that it may be necessary to provide a 101 lesson on providing good customer service.
Thank you... I shall be moving to Sprint along with my business partners that also have Verizon. Loss of customers. Many of them. This was the last straw in dealing with Verizon piss poor service.
