rev:text	Made an appt. online at 1042 for 1245 for my phone. The website asked for a description of the phone and issue. This was given. Arrived on site to drop off my phone because they had the part. Was told to come back in an hour to get my device. Sat in my car for an hour. Returned to retrieve my phone just to be told that the replacement screen had a crack in it. You knew when I made my appt. what I needed, and when I would arrive. You had almost 2 hours to prepare. It was a waste of time to drive to the other side of town for this foolishness.
