  • Cris is an excellent handyman. Specifically: -He showed up exactly on time for each of his four visits. -He will stop and patiently answer questions and then get right back to it. -He notices items you might initially miss, very helpful especially if you are moving into a former rental where damages may be hidden. -Over the course of four weekly visits, he would think about what my home might need. He then would then ask via text if he should pick it up if he could. - For what it is worth, he is a cool guy and I liked him.
