  • Very dishonest group all together. Watch out in finance as they will try to slip optional fees into the deal and lie about them when caught. The vehicles Infiniti makes are top notch and frankly above this low level form of selling. If you notice the additional fees after you have signed you are out of luck as they will do nothing for you after the fact. I will never do business with them again and neither should you. My last Infiniti was purchased from Coulter in Mesa, no issues there. Notice this dealers Yelp rating compared to Coulter and Scottsdale Infiniti dealerships and you will know where to shop.
