  • Ken and his guys have been awesome. My AC broke down, on one of the hottest weekends of the year and they showed up in the time frame they gave me (didn't know people still did that). Within a couple of hours he fixed the problem, called me and explained every single thing that was wrong with it. He also told me what kind of stuff to look out for in case something else happened in the future. Oh, and did I mention it was the second weekend in a row that I had had a problem with my AC? Yeah, well, Ken had to re-fix the first problem, which he did for free, and then went on to care of everything else. To be honest, when he was done Ken asked me to write Dusk till Dawn a review on Yelp, but I promise you, that this is by far the best AC Repair company I've ever dealt with! The least I could do was write a review....
