  • This Fragrance dept. is worst - for a high end mall. Sales women look at their watches, impatient ( those bothersome customers...). It;s a chore to be pleasant & really don't know much. Is it the heat of AZ ? I don't see much class, knowledge, or urgency in AZ, anyway. Paradise Valley Macy's "fragrance dept." is professional! Lingerie dept. is ok. BTW-Macy's Corp. terrible- wasted time to complain & CANCEL an Am. Xpress card I did NOT sign up for! They autom. sign you up if you have a Macy's Visa card (seems illegal - per my bank)
