Rib rye steak cooked well on one side, med on the other, I wanted rare.
Sea bass good but dry.
Desserts;
Chocolate cake dry

Went to rest room, to find two older Hispanic ladies cleaning the men's room. No sign, one lady holding door shut, other cleaning. When they came out said someone had vomited. Noted they did not have proper equipment or body fluid pick up supplies? Omg.
I feel this average food and POOR employee procedure and protection is a reflection of the general managers, who should be fired. Btw, where was the chef?
