| - Overall atmosphere was quite pleasant, waitresses were amazing and quite accommodating. However,
Business Owners ourselves, yesterday we were guests from out of town here in Charlotte, NC for what should have been one of the most happiest days of our children's lives was abruptly interrupted. Half way through their festivities, the Owner approached several guests with his bad attitude and unacceptable, horrible demeanor.
I approached in an attempt to calm the situation down as quickly as possible yet he continued being extremely confrontational, combative, unprofessional, rude and out right disrespectful, I'd even go so far to state during our event at this establishment, we experienced racial profiling at it's best! This guy needs anger Management and Customer Service 101 refresher training immediately!
Our children paid in full good money when reserved, did not receive the menu ordered for their venue and this behavior turned the entire event into a horrible experience, one we will never visit this establishment ever again, nor would we recommend to any of our Charlotte friends, family or colleagues.
