I totally agree with what another reviewer said about the South Blvd location "trainer" he does treat certain women differently and I would give the gym 4 stars if it wasn't for the experience I had with him. It was so bad that I did a survey to voice my concerns and how he was so dismissive to me but so attentive to the Latino women there. He basically ignored me when I had registered for the "Design your own Program" class he didn't even discuss what my goals were just pointed from across the room what machine I should do next. I will never register for any of the class. What angered me more was the response I got from management about my negative experience. I got an apology but then just excuses as we went back and forth via email. He even referenced the great reviews he got online but I'm sorry it is not acceptable for a "trainer" to stand behind someone and hold there hips while the are squatting in front of them while he grins. I'm sorry that is not what I want to see while I'm trying to take a class. I'm seriously thinking of going to a gym further away from my house just I can take advantage of the classes. It's a shame because everyone at the front desk at this location has been super friendly to me and I have no other complaints about this location. Hope this review helps someone.
