  • I spoke with CJ Williams, the service manager on 6/10 about bringing my car in by 3:00PM for an appointment. I arrived at 1:51PM on 6/10. At around 6:00PM, CJ called to ask if I could leave the car overnight to see if they can talk to the vendor about the part. I said fine. At around noon on 6/11, they told me that they couldn't work on the car today, the part would arrive on Tuesday 6/14 in the morning. I took a day off of work for this this is my only vehicle . I brought it to them at 8:30am for my appointment. At 2:45PM, I was told the part never arrived from the dealer and if I could bring it in on 6/15. I told them no, I cannot take another day off of work for this and could come Friday morning on my day off. So I brought them the car on 6/17 at 9:00AM. At 4PM, the car was finally finished. Then on 6/18, when driving the vehicle, I heard a loud humming sound, smelled burning rubber and then white smoke coming from the engine. I was too afraid to drive it at that time and had my brother-in-law pick me up. I called Greg, the shop's owner at the time it broke down this was after their business hours on 6/18 and they were closed 6/19 and he said to bring it on for them to look at on Monday. Again, after spending $665 for what I thought would be a fix, taking a day off for nothing and going back and forth 3 times, I could not trust them nor did I have the time and money to go back as I work Sundays and Mondays . I had to trade the car in on Sunday (again taking off work). That's two days for this crap so I could have a vehicle to get to work on Monday as I have very limited amount of time to take off of work. On Monday 6/20, I spoke with CJ Williams over the phone to tell him I felt robbed, what happened, and I was very upset with this and he told me Greg, the owner, would call to reconcile in a day or two. Nobody has called me to this day, 7/29. I feel that I basically spent $665 so that I could be forced to trade it in and acquire a car payment that I am pinching pennies for now. They did not reconcile it with me personally. I feel robbed and cheated. Sure, they were really nice (CJ in particular) which is the only reason I didn't explode over the phone or in person. I kept it respectful. But this? This isn't customer service and nice doesn't fix my car. They are far from "honest".
