The worst service ever. And their excuse was bogus. This is McDonald's their equipment should work. I waited forever in the Drive-Thru 1 talked into the microphone no one responded someone pulled up in the Drive-Thru to and immediately they got taken care of. And I'm sure it is true that there quipment doesn't work but then the manager better do something about it because I shouldn't have to sit out there and wait this is the second time I've come to McDonald's and gotten the worst service ever. They apologized and I don't blame the employees I blame the management. I blame the management for not taking care of the equipment to take care of the customers and provide good customer service.
