  • Started coming here 2 years ago when I moved to Phoenix needed a local vape shop so I thought I'd give it a try. When I first walked in the door it didn't feel like a friendly shop, staff was kind of on edge didn't seem to want to be there. Didn't explain what selection of juice they had barely even acknowledged my presence. I just looked through the book and found something I've had before then had to get the employees attention to get the correct nicotine level. I got what I needed and returned a week later to experience pretty much the same thing this time the employee had a absolute horrible attitude I left without purchasing anything. 5 months later I decide to stop by and grab a juice that I like and I know they have in stock and HOLY MOLY have they turned 360° I was greeted upon walking in asking right away if I needed help finding anything. Employee explained to me about the premium e liquid they carry and house e liquid which is $14 and some change after tax for a 30ml bottle which imo is not a bad deal especially if you buy 120ml. So not only did their customer service improve tremendously they're saving me a few bucks now!!! I would recommend Liquid Vape to anyone they have the biggest selection to choose from, reasonable pricing, staff is knowledgeable. ASK QUESTIONS they should have an answer. Keep up the good work LV!
