  • I'll make it easy. PROS: Great location. Very nice grounds and pool areas. Maintenance staff is right on it and very professional. Plenty of open parking. $50 charge for a separate garage is a good deal considering the size. Staff is a revolving door but always helpful. View from balcony ( we live on 3rd floor and face open grass area ) is fantastic. Appliances are basic but not bad at all. CONS: Horrible water pressure. Nickel and dime you on rent. Cable "fee" is a rip off. Rent never the same amount. Raise the rent with empty units everywhere. Had two fire sprinkler leaks, a fridge leak, and a washer that over flowed all within 6 months. Steps and hallways always dirty. Cheap carpet.
